  • How do I go about getting Hooters to sponsor my team or event? How do I contact Hooters about an advertising or marketing proposal?

    Hooters is very active in sports marketing and local promotions so you've probably seen our logo plastered on something in your community. If you would like to present a marketing, advertising or sponsorship proposal please send us a written request at Hooters of America, Inc., attn: Marketing, 1815 The Exchange, Atlanta, GA 30339. Hooters does not respond to verbal requests, so make sure your proposal is in writing. Due to the hundreds of contacts we receive each week we cannot respond to all of them, but rest assured if your proposal is a good one we'll be in touch.

  • How do I get Hooters involved in my local charity event?

    We have a long tradition of giving back to the communities we live and work in, and enjoy sponsoring charity events. Please contact the general manager of the Hooters in your city to discuss involvement. The best time to see a manager is from 3-4 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

  • Are Hooters Girls available to attend promotions, company events, etc.?

    Hooters Girls spice up any event and they are available if the event meets our criteria and can be scheduled in advance. Hooters Girls make appearances at charity fundraisers, sales meetings, conventions, festivals, etc. Contact the general manager of your nearest Hooters for details. The best time to see a manager is from 3-4 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

  • Where can I find a list of current promotions at my local Hooters?

    The home page of this site has a list of current promotions. However, not all locations will be listed. Since we became this giant corporation-type thing we have restaurants all over the world and we can't list everything going on. Calling your local Hooters is the best way to get an up-to-date list. You may obtain a Hooters restaurant's phone number on this site's locator.

  • When will the new Hooters Restaurant near me be opened?
    Due to many factors affecting a restaurant's construction we cannot accurately identify opening dates so we don't make promises we can't keep. We add new locations to our store locator so you can easily check to see if a Hooters restaurant opened recently near you.
  • I heard a rumor that a Hooters Restaurant is coming to my town, is this true?
    Building a restaurant and getting permits and licenses is a tough job. Taking a page from a bureaucrat's book, we cannot confirm or deny if we are coming to your city until the restaurant is well underway. By then you'll know it's a Hooters. Please note: no one at our Hooters Hotline will be able to answer this question, so please save yourself time by not asking them.
  • Can I buy a Hooters franchise?
    If you have a bunch of money and have multi-restaurant operational experience the answer may be yes. We provide specific details on the "Franchising" page of this site under the About section.
  • Can I buy stock in Hooters? Is Hooters ever going public?
    We'll sell you just about anything we have, except stock. At this time there are no plans to take the company public. If the yacht and private jet payments get too big the owners may think about raising a little moolah by going public, but don't bank on it. Why mess with a good thing?
  • How do I obtain a restaurant’s phone number or address?
    Click "Locations" and magically you'll be able to get addresses and phone numbers for every Hooters restaurant.
  • Where can I find nutritional information?
    At Hooters we make our food fresh for you and are constantly adding new items to our menu. Many of our guests request items to be customized to their preference by adding or substituting items and we are happy to oblige. Because of the millions of combinations available and our desire to frequently give you new menu options it is impossible to provide accurate nutritional data.
  • I’m allergic to certain foods, where can I get a list of ingredients?
    Because the menu is always changing and we frequently improve items by using new ingredients it is impossible to provide a complete list. For your safety please avoid any foods which may typically contain allergens that would affect your condition.
  • Are Hooters gift cards, wing party cards and merchandise items on Ebay and other auction sites legitimate?
    The only way you can guarantee Hooters branded items are authentic is to purchase them at a Hooters restaurant or online from HootersGear.com. Many people offer gift cards, coupons and wing party cards on Ebay and other auction sites, but they may not be legitimate items. We would hate to see you spend your hard earned money on a gift card or other offer online and have it turn out to be worthless so we do not recommend you purchase Hooters branded products through auction sites.
  • Can Hooters gift cards be purchased online? Can merchandise be purchased online?
    At this time Hooters gift cards can only be purchased at our restaurants. Currently gift cards may only be redeemed in our stores for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. You may however purchase merchandise online by clicking "Shop" on our homepage or by going to HootersGear.com.
  • How do I return merchandise?
    If you have Hooters merchandise that doesn't fit or is defective you may return it to the place you purchased it for exchange. If you purchased it online through this site you can go to HootersGear.com and get specific instructions by clicking "Contact Us".
  • Does Hooters offer catering services?
    You betcha. Hooters wings, buffalo shrimp, sandwiches and salads are great for to-go orders and big events. Contact your nearest Hooters restaurant for details and pricing.
  • Can I buy the Hooters Girl uniform?
    The Hooters Girl is every bit as special and coveted to us as she is to you. As a result, the Hooters Girl uniform is only available to actively employed Hooters Girls. We are very protective of our girls and our brand. We do, however, offer the classic Hooters Girl orange shorts. We also sell a ribbed tank top and the lycra tank top just like our girls wear. Name tags, pouches, and panty hose are not available to the public. For these and other items please go to HootersGear.com.
  • I’m doing a school project on Hooters, where can I find detailed information?
    Wow are we flattered you would do a school project about us. You picked Hooters just as an excuse to make a field trip right?   • I saw Hooters products in my grocery store, where can I find more information about these products?
    You may obtain more information about the Hooters grocery store line of food products by visiting www.originalhooters.com. The six geniuses that started this thing in the first place sell these products directly.
  • How can I get more information about Hooters?
    There is a tremendous amount of information about Hooters under the "Company" tab of the www.hooters.com home page. Included in this section is the "About Hooters" media statement. Through the years, we've been asked lots of questions and we used that experience to compile this statement. If you have a question chances are it is answered in these pages.
  • Can our news crew film or photograph in a Hooters Restaurant?
    Only if you promise there really is film in the camera. All requests to visit restaurants must be approved through Hooters of America Public Relations. Media personnel are not permitted to go in the kitchen area and may not film/photograph in the restrooms (this should be self-explanatory). For approval, contact Hooters Public Relations at hooterspr@hooters.com.
  • Can I get a telephone or in-person interview with a company spokesperson?
    Hooters makes every attempt to accommodate requests for media interviews; whether by phone, in-studio or on-site at one of our many Hooters locations.   • How do I know what size to pick?

  • What payment methods can I use for purchases on HootersGear.com?

    We accept the following credit cards as payment for orders on HootersGear.com: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover.

  • What is your exchange and return policy?

    Your purchases are backed by our 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the merchandise you ordered does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange it or accept the return for a refund or credit within 90 days from the day you receive your order. Our friendly Customer Service Department is available at 866.920.2623 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT. Return information is printed on the back of the packing slip that accompanies your order.

  • How soon will my order ship?

    In–stock merchandise will be processed and shipped shortly after the order is received. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours, via the shipping method you have selected.

  • What are my shipping costs?

    We use a proprietary, freight-on-the-fly quoting system that brings you real-time costs for shipping costs based precisely on what has been ordered.

    This system computes the weights and measurements of the products selected and combines that information with the ship-to postal zone of the package(s) to deliver precise shipping costs for ground shipping as well as expedited delivery.

    The available shipping methods will display during the check-out process so that it's easy to compare rates and select the option that's the most appropriate to your needs. Simply click on the preferred method/price and complete the remainder of the check-out process.

  • How can I print my receipt?

    If you would like a printout of your receipt, click on the My Account button on the top navigation. Under My Orders you will click on the Order History link to view your past orders. Click on the specific order for which you want a receipt and print this screen.

  • What’s the HootClub?

    HootClub is our Loyalty Program. It gives you opportunities to get exclusive offers, earn rewards for your loyalty, and gets you into drawings for some awesome prizes. It also keeps you updated on upcoming Hooters events. And best of all, it fits in your pocket with our HootClub App!

  • Do I have to keep track of my points or redeem any coupons?

    Don’t worry, we’ve kept this pretty simple. You just scan your receipt or enter the receipt code into the App, and HootClub does the rest. We can even send you push notifications to let you know when you’ve earned a new reward or have been entered into an upcoming sweepstakes. To redeem your rewards, just show your Hooters Girl the code on your phone. Easy peasy

  • Do I need to keep a record of my purchases?

    To get credit for your purchase, you just need to enter the code or scan the receipt into the HootClub App. If you want to hold onto those receipts for your scrapbook or frame them to hang in your garage, we completely understand. But it is not requir

  • I go to lots of different Hooters stores. How do I know which Hooters Restaurants Participate in the program?

    HootClub is growing fast. We currently have over half of our stores participating in the HootClub program. The best way to find out if your store's on the list is to ask a Hooters Girl! Or, you can download the App and double check any location

  • Can I get out of the HootClub?

    If you’re OK with making a Hooters Girl cry, you can always go into the HootClub App’s settings and delete your account. Seriously, though, you shouldn’t. You’ll lose all the points you’ve racked up!

  • All this talk of rewards, what do I actually get?

    The more you come to Hooters, the more points you earn. The points earn you rewards. And the rewards are based on your purchases. We learn what you like, and every now and then, we give it to you free. Your loyalty also earns you entry into sweepstakes and drawings for awesome prizes throughout the year.

  • What are my chances of winning a HootClub sweepstakes?

    Short answer is, it depends. It depends on how many entries you earn! Every time you spend $20, you earn entries into the drawing based on your HootClub status level. Want more entries for your buck? Visit more often to up your status from Bronze to Silver, Gold and Orange to earn more entries per $20 visit.

  • How do I boost my HootClub status?

    Bumping up your Hootclub status is easy. Everyone starts out at the Bronze level, but the more you visit, the higher up the ladder you climb, first to Silver, then Gold and, ultimately, Orange. Silvers members get 2 entries per $20, Gold gets 3 entries and Orange members get 4 entries per $20. Remember, whoever has the most sweepstakes entries has the best chance of winning, so quest for Orange!

  • Can I choose which sweepstakes my entries apply to?

    Your entries are automatically entered into the current sweepstakes. Fear not, the prizes are always awesome and, because you're in the HootClub, you'll know what's up for grabs way in advance

  • How do I know what rewards I have earned?

    Keeping tabs on your rewards and offers is both easy and automatic. You can turn on the App's push notifications and we'll remind you directly, or you can monitor your earnings from the HootClub App

  • How long are my rewards good for?

    Check your HootClub status often. Rewards are valid for 30 days after you get them.

  • How long are offers good for?

    Offers are valid up until the posted expiration date. These vary by offer.

  • What is the difference between a reward and an offer?

    A reward is just for you. Offers are sent out to you and other HootClub members that share your tastes.

  • How often do I get rewards & chances to win awesome prizes?

    Great question. Here's the answer: It depends. For the most part, your rewards are based on your HootClub status and how much you come in. But every once in a while, just for fun, we'll be peppering in some perks that are sure to keep you satisfied!

  • What’s up with the HootClub Leaderboard? Why should I care?

    Like a rare baseball card, the Leaderboard immortalizes the glory of our Top Ten Points Earners and gives you someone to look up to, something to strive for. As for that second part, why should anyone care about competition? No no, you're right. We're cancelling sports. And fun.

  • Can I be in the HootClub if I don’t have an email address?

    Unfortunately, membership HootClub requires a unique email address to enjoy the full range of program benefits, such as the HootClub Sweepstakes & special events invitations. Also, it being the 21st century and all, we suggest getting an email address.

  • Why can’t I register with an email address I share with someone who’s already registered?

    All your HootClub rewards are based on your specific purchases. Without a unique email, we can't personalize the HootClub to you!

  • I want to be entered in the the sweepstakes but don’t want to join the HootClub.

    You don't have to join the HootClub and there is no purchase necessary for entering the Sweepstakes, but it's so much cooler if you do. Seriously, wouldn't it be more fun to be part of the club?   • Is my information really private?

    You betcha. Your privacy is as important to us as your loyalty. Check out the Privacy Policy for the full rundown. 

  • How do I edit my info?

    The HootClub App's settings allow you to update your address, email or other details of your account.

  • Will I receive lots of mail from you?

    You’re busy, we’re busy, why bother with all the inbox-clogging nonsense? The HootClub Settings allow you to choose how often you get reminder emails, but keep in mind, our goal is to keep you up to date on offers and make sure you don’t miss out on your well-earned rewards. The longer you stick around, the more specific our emails will become. It’s not spam, because it’s all relevant to you! And, of course, you can always opt out of the reminder emails. 

  • Why haven’t I received any emails from you?

    Sometimes our emails accidentally get dropped off in your junk box. Depending on your email provider, we may have to be added to your safe sender list. If that doesn’t do it, double check your HootClub Settings to make sure your email address is correct and that you have opted into the email program.

  • Who can I contact if I have questions about HootClub?
